our vision

Our aim as a church is simple - 'To see the making and maturing of fully committed disciples of Christ, to the glory of God'.
We do this by pursuing what we call the Ballynahinch Baptist 'Bs'- BRIDGE, BELONG, BUILD, BODY and BEACON

• BRIDGE: We seek to reach out to people in our community the good news of Jesus, to see people come into a living personal relationship with Him.
• BELONG: We recognise the importance of community and encourage those who know the Lord to be baptised and join the church.
• BUILD: By the constant teaching of God's Word on Sundays and in house groups we seek to build a healthy body of maturing disciples.
• BODY: We recognise and seek to release the diversity of gifts given to us by the Holy Spirit.
• BEACON: We want to have a strong outward focus, both locally and globally. A strong emphasis on mission is very much part of the vision for the future.

This is the heart of the church here. Our vision provides a context for all that we do.
